
The Eastern Monroe Public Library in Stroudsburg PA has many services and events to enhance community growth and involvement. Their next event will be The 21st National African American Dead-Inn on Sunday February 21st at 2pm which is sponsored by The Black Caucus of The National Council of Teacher of English and the NCTE. The event will feature Book Displays and Special Guest Presenter Liz Pemberton who will read from her book entitled, “An Autumn Sunrise” and discuss her fiber artwork which will be on display.
